Hon. Caleb Amisi, MP
Hon. Caleb Amisi is the elected Member of Parliament for Saboti Constituency, Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Investment Committee, Member of the Defence and Foreign Relations Committee and Member of Committee on Appointments of the Kenya Parliament. He is the youngest elected Member of Parliament for Saboti Constituency and among the youngest legislators in Kenya.
He is a diligent, ambitious and versatile individual with incredible leadership, organizational and coordination skills. He has a history of excellent academic and professional record that is closely supported by worthwhile and constructive activities in the community and across the country.
Hon. Amisi orphaned at a young age and left in the care of his grandmother, sat for Kenya Certificate of Primary Education and excelled as the best student in the then Western Province that currently constitutes to Kakamega, Vihiga, Busia and Bungoma Counties. His stellar KCPE record still stands unbroken. Based on the performance, he was fortunate to get a scholarship to join the Starehe Boys Centre, a national school established by donors to cater for the top bright needy students across the country. During the holidays, he volunteered stints at Nairobi and Kenyatta Hospitals and the Kenya Library Services as an untrained clerk.
Conversely, while awaiting admission to University, he volunteered as an untrained teacher for two years at St. Mark’s Secondary School, Chavagore teaching Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. On the flipside of the class work, he actively involved himself in mentorship, counseling and the scout movement within the community.
Professionally, he has previously worked at the Standard Chartered Bank before transiting to Citi Banks a Receivership Clerk during the debut Safaricom IPO processing.
As a parliamentarian, Hon. Amisi has contributed and championed for drafting of labour migrants laws and overseas employment policy under the purview of Ministry of Labour. In addition, he served in the select committee that drafted the new Kenya Foreign Policy that came into being in 2022. As part of the Defence and Foreign Relations Committee of Parliament, he passionately and successfully championed the Kenya position as non permanent member of UN Security Council. On the flip side, he pursued the advancement of Parliamentary diplomacy with Kenya’s bilateral and multilateral partners including China, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Tanzania, South Africa, DRC Congo, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg and Russia.
Hon. Amisi is a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce, Finance option from the University of Nairobi and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in International Relations at the United States International University. He is a fellow of the Yes Youth Can a programme by the US Department of States, a distinguished fellow of the Africa Youth for Governance Convergence based in Accra, Ghana and a Youth lead in the African Continental Free Trade Area in Pretoria, South Africa and an expert panelist at the annual Bridging Youth Population Bulge Conference at Centerina, Spain.
He has participated and contributed immensely to youth advocacy programs worldwide. He is a fervent youth champion and mentor diligently serving as the Board Chairman of Youth Bridge Kenya.

Fredrick Tshombe Okango
An accomplished communications specialist with 11 + years of experience including 5 years at the management level with interest in legal, political and environmental communication. Has extensive knowledge in mainstream media communication, Political Management and Strategy, organizational communication, Leadership and Governance. A regular television and radio commentator on national issues of governance and an opinion writer in the local dailies. Currently consults and offers professional training in effective communication, Leadership and Governance, Public affairs, Media management, Policy and advocacy and Political Strategy.
A graduate of Science Communication, Law, Master of Strategic Management, has Diploma in Executive Digital Marketing and Analytics, a trained Media Science practitioner and Organisational cross functional processes implementer, Balanced Score Card and performance management evaluator. Currently a commonwealth scholar undertaking a Master degree in Sustainable Development and Systems Thinking in Practice (STiP).
Esha Mohamed
Esha Mohammed Abdallah is an educator by profession, a facilitator, mentor, and a social worker bypractice. She was recently recognized by the civil society organization and Mombasa County asone of the Human Rights defenders of the year 2022. She is a fellow of Kenya leadership and accountability lab by IRI; A fellow of the 2022 community exchange program by IREX.
Esha is the founder of a youth led organization called Her Narrative that uses the power of storytelling to advocate and create awareness on gender-based violence, sexual reproductive health and rights and youth leadership and governance. She also serves the youth of Mombasa and Kenya in various capacities including as Ms. President Mombasa, Youth Advisory Group member at the Global Opportunity Youth Network, CS Education at Mombasa youth assembly, board member at the She leads global girls and young women board, director at the National Youth Council a state corporation domiciled in the ministry of ICT innovation.
She is a graduate of Moi University and holds a bachelor’s degree in education arts. Esha is a 25 years old youth leader who is passionate about youth empowerment and promoting gender equality.
Hon Sasha Wamae
Sasha is a legal consultant with extensive training in leadership, governance, and policy analysis.
She has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and she is currently enrolled in the University of Nairobi for a Master’s in Public Administration.
She is serving the people of Nyandarua as the Deputy Minority Leader being a specially elected Member of the Nyandarua County Assembly. As a young and impetuous Leader, of the County Assembly, she is also the treasurer of The Kenya Young Members of County Assemblies (KYMCA), and the Director of Legal Affairs and Communications for Radient Touch Services, a Kenyan company.
Hon. Sasha is the founder of the Kenya Women for Kenya Movement, which advocates for the peace, unity, and inclusion of young women in leadership and governance. Additionally, she is also the CEO of Azazi Foundation, a humanitarian organization that helps vulnerable children in society by assuring them continuity in education and providing basic necessities.
She is the Women Youth Leader of Jubilee party and served as the lead youth advisor and head of youth affairs. In all capacities, she has been actively involved in politics, community advocacy, and mobilization and was the driving force behind the National Women’s Advocacy Organization, Warembo na Azamio la Umoja. She actively participated in submitting women’s issues to the Building Bridges Initiative Taskforce through the lobbying groups.
Motivated by her ambition to provide transformative leadership for a better world, and the critical need for young women to bravely run for elective positions. She participated in the Nyandarua County Women Representative race, finishing second.
Dennis Sangale Keis
Mr Dennis S. Keis is currently the Director General at the Youth Senate Kenya, an independent, non-partisan development and advocacy organization created specifically to spearhead a Youth Led Development model in Kenya with a mandate to enrich a democratic dialogue and ensure youth engagement in national and regional affairs. Mr Sankale sits at the Executive Council of the African Youth Commission as Commissioner for Peace and Security, an organization founded in 2013 as the African Union Youth Working Group (AUYWG) with the objective of organizing all young people in Africa and Diaspora to support the work of African youth, Youth structures (Pan African Youth Union & Youth Division of the African Union Commission) in their quest to effective service delivery and advocacy activities on the African Youth Charter.
He is also the elected Chairman of the Horn of Africa Youth Network, an independent, non-partisan development and advocacy organization that exists to harness the productive energies of the youth towards peace, equity and prosperity within and across communities in the Horn of Africa.
Sankale’s work and life reflect his commitment to making a positive impact on young people and the Kenyan society at large having played a key role in the promotion of employment programs at the Youth Senate Kenya through youth and women social enterprise development, empowering them through innovative opportunities. Mr Sankale has also been invited to represent the young people in regional and international forums such as the High Level Political Forum in New York City USA, at the African Union courtesy of the African Youth Division and a key speaker at the parliamentary roundtable on young people’s participation in politics across East Africa featuring African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance (ACDEG) in Lusaka Zambia courtesy of Westminster Foundation for Democracy.
Sankale holds a Bachelor of Arts (Development Studies) Degree from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and Certified Public Accountants (CPA) by the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board.
Hon. Sheila Sifuma
Sheila Sifuma is a charismatic young leader, astute politician and trained finance practitioner.
She exhibits a very calm personality topped with an aura of confidence. A firm believer that there is always a way out, an opportunity to curve out solutions for different challenges.
She exudes excellence in the tasks she engages in and enjoys interacting with open minded people.
A graduate of Finance from Moi University where she served in different student leadership capacities.
Co-founded a non-profit organisation that focuses on mental health awareness and wellness.
Sheila is a well-known community champion on matters women, financial inclusion and civic education.
Previously she was the Chief-Executive-Volunteer at the United Democratic Alliance Party Secretariat.
Her political inclination is guided by the belief that all the solution to this country’s problems lies within reach, only if we are genuinely commited to positive change that will improve the quality of life of our people.
Currently, she is a specially elected Member of County Assembly – Bungoma County.
