Mr. Fredrick Tshombe Okango

Mr. Okango is a seasoned policy, legal, and strategic communication expert with over 15 years of experience across government, political institutions, the private sector, and consultancy. He is widely recognized for influencing national policy, shaping political narratives, and fostering inclusive development through multi-stakeholder engagement. His work focuses on strategic policy communication, inter-agency coordination, and public-private collaboration to drive MSME and cooperative sector growth.

Fredrick is a regular guest lecturer at the Kenya School of Law, where he trains paralegal students on effective communication, bridging legal expertise with practical skills. He is also a frequent media commentator, columnist, and speaker on governance, policy, and political affairs.

He holds an MSc in Environmental Management – Sustainable Development and Systems Thinking in Practice (STiP) from The Open University, UK (Commonwealth Scholar), an LLB (Hons) from The University of Law, UK, and certifications in Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecard, Executive Digital Marketing, and Systems Thinking. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, Fredrick brings a unique blend of legal insight, political strategy, and development communication to advance governance, sustainability, and citizen empowerment.
